Our Steps
- Step 1 Choose Product (Customer): - make a selection of a product that you want from the catalogue provided.
(Seller):- Check inventory to see if the product is available - Step 2 Make Inquiry of Product (Customer):- inquire about the availability and quantity available for selected products as some products are seasonal.
(Seller):- Check inventory to match customer query and proceed to make a quotation. - Step 3 Request for Quotation (Customer):- acquire a quotation from the seller detailing the properties of the product selected.
(Seller):- align all processes for packaging and warehousing distribution in anticipation of client order - Step 4 Acknowledge Order (Customer):- once a quotation is received by the buyer, agree to the terms and conditions on the quotation.
(Seller):- upon receiving purchase order, start the processes of packaging warehousing and distribution to fulfil the order. - Step 5 Expect Delivery (Customer):- delivery of product will be as per the address provided on the quotation stating the ETA.
(Seller):- ship out the consignment to the client as per the request on the quotation.
